We are looking for family members of people with aphasia to explore what they would like if they were to attend an aphasia camp. Prior research has indicated that camps can have many benefits not only for the person with aphasia but also family members. There has been some research that suggests that camps can offer important respite, motivation and learning opportunities for family members of people with aphasia. We want to further this research and find out what family members want if they were to attend an aphasia camp. The aim of the study is to find out the camp goals that family members of individuals with aphasia have for themselves and what they would like to do at an aphasia camp. We are using a survey for this research, and we want to hear from as many family members of people with aphasia as possible.
