Aphasia CRE – Recruiting Conversation Partners for a Communication Assessment
We’re inviting conversation pairs to take part in an exciting research study exploring how people communicate interesting pictures to a conversation partner. This work will help us improve how communication for people with aphasia is assessed and supported. 💬
👉 We’re looking for pairs of conversation partners (e.g., friends, family members).
👉 You’ll complete a picture-based communication task together (approx. 40 minutes).
👉 Participation is voluntary, and each participant will receive a $20 gift voucher as thanks for your time.
Eligibility
✔️ Aged 18 or older
✔️ English as your primary language
✔️ Communication partners for at least 5 years
✔️ No diagnosis of aphasia or other communication disability
✔️ Not a speech pathologist
